When the customer uses the website, he confirms that all the information he shared with SNOC is true and correct, and is deemed to have accepted the processing of this information and personal data. In case the Customer expressly declares its interest to SNOC, SNOC may inform the Customer about the latest collections, catalogues, campaigns and special offers by mail, e-mail and/or SMS.

SNOC reserves the right to refuse to fulfill or confirm the order.

In the event that the supply of the products is delayed due to a situation beyond SNOC's control, SNOC; It informs the Customer of the situation as soon as possible and takes measures to minimize the effect of the delay. SNOC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control. However, when there is a very serious risk of delay, the Customer may contact SNOC to terminate the Agreement and receive a refund for the products for which the Customer has paid but not received. In order to avoid or minimize the risk of damage to the Customer's home or belongings, SNOC requests that the Customer remove their belongings or anything else that may be damaged and receive the delivery personnel to your home in the most convenient way possible. Unless caused by SNOC's negligence, SNOC cannot be held responsible for situations where reasonable measures can be taken to prevent or minimize risk and items can be removed to safe locations.
Customer must ensure that the items ordered can fit in their home, in the areas it plans to store, or in the delivery location. If the product or products do not fit as requested by the Customer, the Customer may still accept the delivery or request the return of the products. The Customer should bear in mind that there may be additional costs for shipping from the return and SNOC shall be entitled to pass this cost on to the Customer. In the context of these Conditions, for the "delivery" or "delivered" situations to occur, the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer who will acquire the possession of the products must have received the product, which can be proven by signing the receipt of the products at the specified delivery address.


If delivery is not possible, the product/s are returned to the warehouse. If delivery is not possible, the Customer is informed about where the ordered product is and how to reschedule delivery. If the Customer is not at the delivery location at the agreed time, he must contact SNOC to re-arrange the delivery on another suitable day to be agreed. If the Customer does not contact SNOC for delivery within the day, the Agreement may be terminated on the grounds that the Customer has violated the Agreement. As a result of the termination of the Agreement, SNOC shall return to the Customer all payments received from the Customer, including the delivery cost, without any unreasonable delay, in any event, within fourteen (14) days after the termination of this Agreement. The Customer should note that there may be additional costs for shipping resulting from termination of the Agreement and SNOC shall be entitled to pass this cost on to the Customer.


As long as the Customer accepts the delivery with the courier/cargo company determined by SNOC, all benefits and damages regarding the products shall be under the responsibility of SNOC until the Delivery. The ownership of the products passes to the Customer as of the delivery of the product in question to the Customer or the person at the delivery address. (transfer of ownership)


The price of the products is as determined on the website. Although SNOC does its best to ensure that all prices on its website are correct, errors can occur in this regard. If there is an error in the price of the products ordered by the Customer, SNOC informs the Customer as soon as possible and offers the Customer the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If SNOC cannot reach the Customer, the amount paid for the products will be returned to the Customer by accepting the order as cancelled. If the pricing error is obvious and unequivocal and the price of the product registered on the website can be clearly found to be incorrect, SNOC products shall not be obliged to complete the sale (even after sending the Delivery Confirmation to the Customer) at the incorrect (lower than normal) price to the Customer. Prices on the website include VAT and taxes. Prices are subject to change at any time, but in cases where an Order Confirmation is sent to the Customer (except as stated above), price changes will not affect orders. For this reason, it is not allowed to adjust prices for previous orders (except as stated above). The invoice is sent to the Customer with the delivered products at the latest. SNOC reserves the right to apply other methods in accordance with the e-invoice/e-archive legislation regarding the invoice.


In all kinds of disputes that may arise between the parties for the transactions related to this contract, the books, records and documents of the Parties, computer records and fax records will be accepted as evidence in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100, and the user can access these records. He agrees that he will not object.


Istanbul (Central) Courthouse Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from the implementation or interpretation of this Agreement.
