Customer must ensure that the items ordered can fit in their home, in the areas it plans to store, or in the delivery location. 9. FAILURE TO DELIVERY

The Customer should note that there may be additional costs for shipping resulting from termination of the Agreement and SNOC shall be entitled to pass this cost on to the Customer.
10. RISK AND PROPERTY
As long as the Customer accepts the delivery with the courier/cargo company determined by SNOC, all benefits and damages regarding the products shall be under the responsibility of SNOC until the Delivery. The ownership of the products passes to the Customer as of the delivery of the product in question to the Customer or the person at the delivery address. (transfer of ownership)
11. PRICE AND PAYMENT

13. EVIDENCE AGREEMENT
In all kinds of disputes that may arise between the parties for the transactions related to this contract, the books, records and documents of the Parties, computer records and fax records will be accepted as evidence in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100, and the user can access these records. He agrees that he will not object.
14. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Istanbul (Central) Courthouse Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from the implementation or interpretation of this Agreement.
