CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION AND REFUND
You can return the furniture you purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, provided that it has not been used.
You can call 0850 800 64 64 or send an e-mail to email@example.com with your order number and the relevant product code stating the reason for your return.
After we receive your return request, the return process is initiated for the furniture product you want to return, provided that it complies with the conditions stated below.
-No returns are accepted for disassembled products after assembly. The disassembled furniture that reaches you must be checked for any damage or inaccuracies before assembly.
-Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
-Damaged, missing and worn products are not accepted for return.
Returns are generally completed within 7-10 business days. Refund will be credited to your account after deducting shipping costs. Bank charges will be borne by you.
If the invoice of the product you want to return is on behalf of the company, it must be sent with the invoice issued by your company when returning it. The return invoice should be issued without including the cargo share.
- Cancellation of order:
For orders that are not yet in the preparation stage after the order has been placed, and in the absence of the preparation stage, our website (www.snoc.com.tr) ) or by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number or by calling our call center and specifying your order number, you can cancel your order. The return conditions in the first article are valid for the product or products delivered to the cargo.
- Negativeness in Cancellation / Return and Exchange transactions:
We kindly request you to call our call center (0850 800 64 64) in the event of a negative situation in the cancellation, return or exchange process of your order. The negativity you experience will be transferred to the relevant units for investigation and action will be taken quickly.
